Refund and Returns Policy

At Samar Hanif Store, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

Refund Policy

• We offer a full refund if you don’t like the product after seeing it. In Islam, this right is called Khiyar al-ruy’at (خيار الرؤية).
• However, if you have no problem with the product but you just changed your mind, then the shipping fee will not be refunded.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error we made.

Returns & Exchange Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. But reporting should be immediate after delivery that you intend to return the product.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

• Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately upon delivery with photo/video evidence.

How to Initiate a Return?

2. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

3. Our courier partner will pick up the product from your address.

4. After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund within 1 business day.
